Does applying for a payment plan affect my credit score?
Klarna and Shop Pay perform a soft credit check, which is not visible to other lenders and does not affect your credit score. Our Small Deposit Plan does not require a credit check at all.
Can I combine payment plans?
Not at the moment. You'll choose one payment option per order at checkout.
What happens if I miss a payment?
Klarna and Shop Pay will contact you directly to rearrange. Missed payments may affect your ability to use these services in future. For our Small Deposit Plan, we'll gently reach out to discuss timing - we're here to help, not pressure.
When will my ring be made and delivered?
For Klarna and Shop Pay orders, we begin crafting your ring straight away and deliver as soon as it's ready. For Small Deposit orders, we also start crafting your ring once the deposit is received - your ring is then delivered once the full balance is paid.
Can I use a payment plan on a custom-designed ring?
Yes. Our Small Deposit Plan is the most popular option for custom designs and bespoke commissions. Speak to our team to set this up.
Is there an extra cost for using a payment plan?
No. Shop Pay Pay in 3 and Klarna's Pay in 4 are both 0% interest. Our Small Deposit Plan is also 0% interest - you'll never pay more than the ring's listed price.
What if my ring needs to be resized after delivery?
We offer free resizing within 90 days of delivery, so you have time to make sure the fit is exactly right.
