Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, please ensure the following:

• The item is unused and in the original condition.
• The item is packed exactly as received, including the jewellery box and all accompanying documents (diamond certificates, appraisals, or product information).
• If any certificate is lost or damaged, a £190 replacement charge will apply.

How to Begin a Return or Exchange

To start a return, please:

1. Email us at info@ringsofuk.com within 15 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number, the item you wish to return or exchange, and a short note explaining the reason.
3. Our team will review your request and get back to you within 24 business hours with a prepaid shipping label and easy-to-follow instructions.

For exchanges, our consultants will help you select your preferred item before confirming the replacement. Once exchanged, the new item becomes a final sale.

Refunds

After your returned item reaches us, it will undergo a quality inspection to ensure it meets our return standards. Once approved, your refund will be issued via your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 1–3 business days, depending on your card provider’s processing time.
