- Eligible Items: Lab-grown and natural diamond jewellery (rings, earrings, pendants, bracelets) listed on ringsofuk.com.
- Identical Design: Same style, setting, and metal (e.g., 18K White Gold solitaire, halo, or three-stone).
- Identical Diamond Specifications:
- Shape (Oval, Round, Cushion, etc.)
- Carat weight
- Colour and clarity
- Cut grade
- Certification (GIA, IGI, or equivalent)
- Publicly Listed Price: Competitor price must be visible on their website, not from flash sales or promo codes.
- UK Retailers Only: Must be a legitimate, registered UK jeweller.
- Availability: The item must be in stock and ready for purchase.
What’s Not Covered by Our Price Match Guarantee
To keep things fair and transparent, the following aren't eligible:
- Custom or Bespoke Jewellery: Designs made through our Free Custom Design Service.
- Special Orders: Items created under our Truly Custom service using individually sourced diamonds.
- Non-UK or Third-Party Sellers: Etsy, eBay, Alibaba, private sellers.
- Unavailable Items: Competitor products must be in-stock.
- Promotional Offers: Coupon codes, bundles, limited-time offers.
- After-Purchase Requests: Price matching must be done before placing your order.
