How It Works

Get in Touch: Email us at info@ringsofuk.com with your order number and your correct ring size.

Send It Back: We’ll provide a prepaid return label so you can send your ring safely back to us.

Resizing & Return: Our skilled jewellers will resize your ring and ship it back to you once it’s ready.
Please note — if your ring is engraved, an additional charge may apply for re-engraving after resizing.

Materials: We can resize most gold and platinum rings, although intricate or complex designs may have some limitations.

Timeframe: Resizing typically takes 7–10 business days from the time we receive your ring.

Cost: Your first resizing is free within 90 days of delivery. Requests after this period may incur a small service fee.

Non-Resizable Rings: Some styles, like full eternity bands, tension-set rings, or very detailed designs, may not be eligible for resizing.
